Here at Newton Meats Inc. we process boneless venison and other wild game year round. We make a variety of different sausage products sure to please your fellow hunters. Quality Guidelines We inspect all boneless venison trim when it arrives, as well as before sausage is made. All trim must arrive fresh or frozen, boneless, and clean. Venison should be brought in using clean, CLEAR plastic bags. Please do not bring in venison in black garbage bags, or other non- food packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any venison that does not adhere to our specifications.
